  • Are experiencing severe medical, neurological, or psychiatric conditions

If you are unsure whether Reiki is appropriate, please reach out before scheduling.

During a distant Reiki session, you or your animal may experience:

  • A deep sense of relaxation or calm

  • Sensations of warmth, tingling, lightness, or heaviness

  • Emotional release or a feeling of peace

  • Heightened awareness, imagery, or intuitive insights

  • Falling asleep or entering a meditative state

Animals often become very relaxed and may nap, change positions, stretch, yawn, or seek quiet space during the session.

After a session, you or your animal may notice:

  • Increased relaxation or improved rest

  • Emotional clarity or mood shifts

  • Temporary fatigue as the body integrates the energy

  • A sense of grounding, balance, or renewal
